There are situations where EMobile will be unable to resolve customer problems. If this occurs, please contact your network administrator or contracting provider.
If the source of a problem is the customer’s own network, rental and shipping fees will not be refunded. If you are using a company computer, please contact the network administrator or contracting provider for help with settings.
