Prior to shipment, M-TREND tests all modems for proper functioning, however, we cannot guarantee that the modem will function normally in the customer’s individual computer. Before departure, please perform the installation process to make sure that everything is in proper functioning order. There are situations where EMobile/M-TREND will be unable to resolve customer problems. If this occurs, please contact your network administrator or contracting provider. If the source of a problem is the customer’s own network, rental and shipping fees will not be refunded. If you are using a company computer, please contact the network administrator or contracting provider for help with settings.
